TPV Project Report 2001-2002

This project commenced in September and will continue two days a week for six months. The project aims to:
· Increase access to essential services and resources for refugee women and children on Temporary Protection Visas through the production of a referral manual outlining the services available to this group
· Educate the community about issues affecting TPV holders by the production of a newsletter devoted to refugees and TPVs
· Research and document the needs of women and children on TPVs regarding employment, housing and social security and facilitating information sessions
