SEWING CLASS
IWSA sewing classes are a practical and therapeutic activity for culturally and linguistically diverse women who want to develop their sewing and tailoring skills.
Participants get to develop their skills through a variety of sewing projects such as making pillowcases, skirts or saree blouses, or learning how to make alterations on various types of clothing. Participants in the group often use their skills within their home life or to start their own tailoring businesses.
